It uses the in forum search engine of the site, that is not very effective. A general search through any major web search engine certainly give better results. I don't recommend it to anyone.

To be fair, that's exactly what the addon is meant to do (and what the description says it will do).

I love this! I usually use the google search box as what amounts to a linuxquestion search now and this will save me lots of sifting through websites that I don't want.

just get "add to search bar" , it will add this and any others for you when you visit the websites, i got search bars that dont even have add-ons now.
