This is exactly what I need. Immediately searching for a picture by keywords. No right click menu madness, just the search bar in its clean functionality.

Used it for years, but now it's not working due to 404. Had to use "Add to Search Bar" to add Google Images back again.

Untrusted SSL connection warning, and if you bypass the warning you get a 404 page. Google Image Search has changed their search URL since this was made.

This makes life so much easier. I no longer have to load a page just to then type a search term into it. It's a total First World problem but I live in the First World so it is a problem. Which you have fixed. Thank you.

Could you update the icon to be in line with Google's new font/design scheme?

WOW have i ever been seeking this add-on high and low!
it ROCKS!
all the others i found were only ones you had to go to an image first. I wantes this one which you type in your words and images come up!

This is an important search add-on for me but I often have a hard time finding it, partly because there are so many add-ons to search by image rather than search by text. I suspect more people would find and utilize this add-on if it were named something like "google image text search" or "google image search by text" if those names aren't too long.

Google changed their image search address so this works no more. It could probably be fixed easily. Please fix it, it was great to use! ... And thank you, Doc, for writing it in the first place!

I went to the hassle of opening an account just to comment on this add-on...It is freaking awesome as I use EXTENSIVELY image search. A+ dude. Using windows 8 in toshiba laptop.

Add a search engine in the search engine bar. Probably people who said it doesn't work, don't know how it works. They should provide more info.

Seeing people saying some time ago it didn't worked, just want to report it's working perfectly by now on my firefox 16.
