Automatically removes outdated external tags like [EXT], [Extern], and collapses repetitive prefixes such as Re, Aw, and Fwd. User-configurable.
e.g., Fwd: Re: [EXT] Aw: [Extern] Re: [External] -> Fwd: Re*3 (collapsed) or Fwd: (overwritten)
