This is great, thanks Georg :) Any chance you could add a button to convert an email into a support ticket? At the moment I forward them to my support address but then I have to remember to change the Requester.

I use Mail Redirect to forward mails to Zendesk. It leaves the header intact so you don't have to change the requester. Have a look: https://addons.mozilla.org/de/thunderbird/addon/mail-redirect/
