Tried it, wasn't for me, no big deal, removed it. Now, it did NOT revert to my previous settings, even though that was exactly what was promised before I accepted the changes at first run!

For other users who want to remove Conversations, and only want the Inbox emails in their Inbox (and not any sent items): right-click on the unified inbox folder, select Properties, and untick all the Sent folders.
