For urls encoding dates it should detect that a date is present and count up accordingly. Example: After
myexample.com/dailyentry/2015/07/31 it should not try to load
myexample.com/dailyentry/2015/07/32 but
myexample.com/dailyentry/2015/08/01.

Similar for the most frequently used date formats. It might be necessary to have an option to set site-specific preferences, to set the date format (or any other format, should be easy to add once the date is done) once per site.

Reviewing version 10 on Firefox 39. There is not much to tell: This plug-in tries to find an iterator at the end of the URL and increase or decrease it. It places its small user interface in the address bar and reveals it only when the mouse is over there, thus and causes conflict with reading mode icon there.

With only user interface and functionality to consider, the only feasible scores for this add-on is either 1 or 3 or 5.

Fantastic I haven't found a site yet where it fails in the smart detection of going to the actual next or previous page. Awesome! Please add hotkey support.

I have buttons from 3 other addons in the location bar. The arrow buttons of this addon lie in between the other addons' buttons. The problem is that whenever I hover to reveal your addon's buttons, all the addons buttons shift 2 places to the left.

This creates a problem because the other addon buttons are present on some websites, and absent on others. So your addons' arrow buttons too are found in a different location everytime.

If I were to be able to set the position of the arrow buttons to leftmost or righmost (among the group of addon buttons on the right side of the location bar), I would not mishit the wrong buttons so often. And it would be visually pleasing to not have buttons move around when I hover to uncover the arrow buttons.

Simple, effective and unobtrusive! This add-on may not have as many options as other sequential image browsers, with regards to images with more complex naming conventions (or none at all); but it's very easy to use, and effective at what it does do. Also, compared to a lot of other add-ons (of all sorts), this one adds no real extra clutter to the context menu, status bar or other toolbars. I actually hadn't read the description close enough, and initially couldn't figure out exactly how FastPrevNext worked. What a wonderful revelation when I finally stumbled upon the "show-on-hover" arrows in the URL bar! Bravo! :-)

Neet Idea, but may I suggest the following changes

1. Don't show the previous / next arrows in the address bar when there are no digits in the URL.

2. Going down from 100 brings you to 099, instead of 99. Both could be useful, there should be an option to switch the behavior.

3. Going down from 0, 00, 000, etc., introduces some strange behavior. Perhaps you can remove the down arrow when the sequence reaches 0.

Please don\'t give feedback here, but write an email. Address available from my homepage.\r\n\r\n1.) 0.3. addresses this\r\n2.) Addressed in 0.3. as well, but it is auto-tuning... Having a preference is to cumbersome to change and being \"asked\" (aka. some dialog) is plain annoying. It will try to reload the page without a leading 0 when the one with the 0 gives an error.\r\n3.) 0.3. checks for a value of 0 (0, 00, ...) and won\'t show the arrows then.
