You should:
Use system colors and fonts on your css file (will look better on any platform).
Cache thumbnails.

Tab-between and window borders are very ugly (have some glitches).

Good try, but you would be interested on using some Chromomifox theme stuff ( https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/8782 ).
