Bluhell is my fav little secret weapon. It's simple, just works, and gets out of your way. Saves you from AdBlock's unbelievable resource bloat. I dread having to open Safari and be reminded how awful it was to use, maintain, and engage with AdBlock—what a waste of time. Been using on several work/home computers for over two years.
