I guess I was expecting to land on the page that gives me the URL that I can copy, paste and send to someone that is asking a stupid question instead of using google. This, instead brings me to the animated page I want them to see. This only works if I have the googlephobe sitting next to me.

Hi,
I don't think that there was an API for it, but you would be able to just copy the URL from your location bar, which is what I intended.
Hope this clears thing up!
