Just came across an issue, actually 2 of them:

For a little while the add-on does not work anymore if you hit the reply button from the main TB window, thus when the email is shown e.g. below the list of emails. It just does not do anything. You have to open the email into a separate window in order to be able to use the add-on.

BUT ... and this is silly or even fatal ... if you have one email open in a separate window and hit the reply button in another email which is shown in the main window, the add-on triggers a reply to the email in the separate window!

I had nearly sent a response to someone I did not want to respond to. In the last moment I saw the different To: address. This is VERY silly and can get you in very hot water ...
