Allow Local Addresses

Allows Thunderbird to send to addresses without a domain, for corporate / intranet use.
Gets rid of that pesky "not of the form user@host" message.

There is no configuration of this extension - just install it and Thunderbird will stop bugging you for full-form email addresses.
