I would love to see a fix for this add-on in TB45. I rely on this for a lot of shortcuts!

This is the best thing I've found so far for TB ... but it's a bit clunky still. I have not been able to turn off "Capitalize first letter following a period". I also would like TB to recognize that periods of ellipse are not "normal" periods and therefore not capitalize following periods of ellipse.

It can also be a bit slow to update. When the update happens it often just puts the corrected word wherever the cursor currently exists (rather than correcting the word that needs to be corrected).
