Seams
Seams provides some integration with Patchwork, the patch tracking system. It makes the patch state visible directly from Thunderbird. It also displays useful links to a Patchwork instance or to mail archives, and commands to apply the patch locally.

I use the “watch this thread” feature to quickly highlight a whole thread. The quickfilter provided by this add-on is the only way I found to sort the threads based on this “watched” status. The add-on does a simple thing, but I find it useful, and it works great!
