Please, update xpDefault for Thunderbird 45. I've enjoyed it for ages and missing now!

Tute pohódnoćenje je za předchadnu wersiju přidatka (38.0).  Tutón wužiwar ma druhe pohódnoćenja tutoho přidatka.

The same as here https://addons.mozilla.org/thunderbird/addon/xpdefault/reviews/792403/ . xpDefault won't be updated for the latest Thunderbird 45.
