The actual reasons are, firstly, that language usage is not rule-governed but culture-governed, and, secondly, that the meaning of a word is context related. The only method to improve translation and interpretation is: analyze texts written by native speakers, retrieve the text-related options by relevant cues, and imitate the usage of native speakers.
