Select any text in the message body, right-click on the selection to open the context menu and select "Apply ROT13". Alternatively, you can use a configurable keyboard shortcut (Ctrl-Shift-D by default).

To change the shortcut, open the Add-ons Manager, click the gear to the right of "Manage your extensions", and select "Manage extension shortcuts".
