Provides spellchecking for the Lao language. Until bug 933631 (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=933631) is fixed, it won't help much. Once the bug is fixed, Lao spellchecking will work on all platforms with the latest code. Enjoy!
