This new version essentially tries to provide more helpful error messages, especially regarding alignment. Update now if your LaTeX images have been unreasonably big.

This version brings compatibility with Thunderbird 68

In addition, this version *removes support for the DVI -> PS -> PNG toolchain* in favor of *DVI -> PNG* via dvipng. This should eliminate a tremendous amount of difficulties that have arisen over time, especially with the recent tightening of `convert`'s security policies. Many thanks to sphh on GitHub for this pull request.

Fixed an issue wherein embedded images would have the wrong mime type, resulting in viewing errors in most email clients.

This is just a very minimal diff on top of the previous version... just to fix some breakage in most recent versions of Thunderbird.

This version mostly adds better error reporting and more meaningful error messages so that users can more easily figure out what went wrong.

This release fixes some long-standing, very annoying issues.
- Add PATH hacks for Thunderbird on OSX (should help most users on OSX)
- Add suggestions explaining why the process might fail.
- Better error reporting.
- Don't choke on malformed paths.
- Add a "load default template" button for the "insert complex latex dialog"
- Add a "show debug information" option for people who are having trouble getting things to work properly
- Make the paths in the options editable for mac users who cannot navigate to the place where the binaries are located
