I has a common Network analysis console which registers packets from any tab/windows.
Furthermore it is still working with Palemoon 27 and Waterfox 55

This useful plugin technically can work in Palemoon but it requires editing the files chrome.manifest and install.rdf (inside of xpi) to include palemoon guid
