Super easy to use. For the first time I'm using pgp on a regular basis. To bad that it's not compatible with latest version of Thunderbird. Hopefully it will be in the future

This is a very promising plugin and many thanks to the developers and everyone involved, including users. PGP has been around for years but isn't used by most people even though they know the benefits and want to. This is due to the hassle in setting things up. Autocrypt is making it much easier for the layman to finally use it. The unintrusive and opt-in propagation is a simple yet elegant move. It will be limited to those using email clients and not webmail. But have to start somewhere. Good luck!

Hello,
Thanks for making this plugin. I use it in multiple ways and it makes encrypting email really easy.
Im using it for a while now and it dit not dissapoint.
I hope encrypting email wil be more common by people.

Promises end-to-end encryption but instead makes you uninstall the safer Enigmail and uses a protocol wide open to man in the middle attacks.

Désolé, ce n'est pas encore traduit en français.
Après installation, j'ai eu toutes sortes d'ennuis, par exemple, le fait de ne plus pouvoir envoyer de mails. Enfin, dans les échanges automatiques de démonstration, je reçois un message me disant que mon mail chiffré est bien arrivé, de même, si je reçois un message, rien ne m'indique qu'il a été chiffré.
Pourtant, ce module me semble très intéressant, et beaucoup plus simple que Enigmail.

I am impressed. It seems to me that finally Grandma and Grandpa can use Thunderbird with the OpenPGP protocol without using GnuPG and Enigmail. Simply awesome!

Just works!
Finally an OpenPGP plugin that doesn't require installing a lot of native apps to use. Installing this extension and e-mailing people is enough to get all necessary keys, no need to lookup slow and buggy keyservers.
