Caveat: The new Account Hub does not work. Setting up the first account uses the previous account creation dialog, which works. Setting up the second account uses the new Account Hub, which is broken.
Workaround: Please use the manual setup in TB menu | Addons | Extensions | Owl | Settings | Manual config ... instead.
Update: This has been fixed in the upcoming Owl 1.4.0.1
