Unsurprisingly, this is a scam. This extension is a copycat of uBlock Origin 1.15.24, so it's not "lite".

The person behind this scammy version of uBO added phone-home code in it -- it injects a Google Analytics script in each page you visit. It's currently silly because uBO is configured to block Google Analytics by default and whoever published this extension didn't address that, but expect that the person behind this scam is going to update with a work around such that the Google Analytics script will silently start to work.
