Oer dizze add-on

Initially build to connect to the password manager KeePassXC .
It also works with KeePass2 when using the plugin KeePassNatMsg

As long as https://github.com/keepassxreboot/keepassxc/issues/7838 is not implemented in keepassXC please refer to https://github.com/kkapsner/keepassxc-mail on how to install the native messaging.

new features:

- added support for ldaps
- added database unlock functionality
- added a notification when passwords are stored in the Thunderbird password manager

fixes:

- sometimes passwords were stored in the Thunderbird password manager
- native password prompts for LDAP did not fetch passwords properly
- use correct return values in LoginManagerAuthPrompter
- use correct return values in Prompter
- support for LDAP was still broken

Release notes of skipped 1.14:
changes:

- bump version support to 148.*
- remove integration with browser request windows
- update keepass.js to version 1.9.11 (no changes)
- update client.js to version 1.9.11 (no changes)

fixes:

- "Clear storage of selected entries" caused an error
- support for LDAP was broken
- added missing translations for new error messages form keepassxc-browser
- sometimes passwords were stored in the Thunderbird password manager
