What's the strength of encryption of Arcus ?

Looks promising but I wonder how this compares to Autocrypt as implemented by Delta Chat and others - it's definitely easier to get other people to use...

At the current state, Arcus is a minimal implementation that brings the basics of age encryption into Thunderbird. This enables users to encrypt and decrypt without having to use the command line.

You are of course right that it does not YET have the same feature set as other addons in this space. A more automated & integrated workflow is on the road map. In the future Arcus might be able to offer the same experience as Enigmail and Autocrypt.
