A few small fixes - namely to the expanded folder-pane header (those who use this will know what I mean), as well as a few tweaks to improve readability

After many emails and requests, the Thunderbird version is now available. As with the original Firefox theme, you'll need to at least be running the 1.5Beta release...for more details please have alook on the homepage, or feel free to shoot me an email :)
