Filter Of Filters

Fills a big usability hole in the Filters dialog, which until now (v 12.01) is still not able to atleast sort filters by name to make searching through them easier. Instead it sorts by order of processing, which is understandable albeit difficult to work with when looking for a specific filter.

I would give Filter Of Filters 5 stars if it also searched through the filter's fields instead of just the name. Even without that it is very useful.
