For those who want to use it in Firefox 4 and cannot yet, don't bother begging! The author already knows and is working on it:

"Feature list below has not been fully updated for 4.0 release, update coming soon."

Other reviewers are correct: as of v3.0.5 (2011-03-24) this extension still doesn't work with Firefox 4. To be more specific: when attempting to click on its icon in either the Add-on bar (created automatically by Firefox?) or one added manually to a toolbar, to expose a context menu, the menu becomes a tiny little barely visible rectangle just below the icon.

Aside from the fact that it's completely unusable in Firefox 4, this extension is unique and indispensable... which is precisely why it needs to be fixed for Firefox 4!
