I read the developer's reply to my last post, I understand better and, considering the extra benefits of this latest version 0.1.3, will be sticking on it till next.
The best thing to do to avoid the waiting cursor in the Add-on manager is to quit the Manager on another list than Scriptish, returning to AOM will then grip on latest list, and no problem.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.1.3.1-signed.1-signed).  This user has other reviews of this add-on.
