Great theme. I'd previously been unable to find a "Reply All" button, but I now know to right click on mail toolbar and customize, or restore defaults, and there it is. This is a fantastic theme. (Thanks Dev)

I did not find it at first either - I had clicked the preview header's toolbar.
This has given me an idea
