一方、完全にローカルで実行と書いてあるので一応安心です。

私が選択したフォルダに対してのみ実行出来る機能があったらもう最高なのですが。

Fast and dead simple with no configuration and not even a cancel. You pick its menu and it is off an running on everything you have, extracting "Name,Email,Full Author String" until it is done. For my use I need to pick a folder; but it is painless for what it does do.
