RT Archive Emails to Sugar & SuiteCRM
Rated 5 out of 5 stars
This plug in has great potential. As it stands, you can archive all emails to your crm. I started using it again after my CRM activities picked up again. This is a big time saver, and easier than using the SuiteCRM interface.
The two suggestions that I could make would be
1 - to add the option to be able to create a new lead from an email. This would shorten this tasks and simplify it quite a bit.
2 - add the ability to archive an email while sending it. Saving that extra step of archiving it after it is sent.
Bravo, and keep up the good work on this plug in!

I was able to go back and play with the plug in, and by trial an error, I was able to make it work:)
Very useful and allows importing emails into my SuiteCRM. It allows me to import sent and recieved emails.
In order to reduce a step, the next major improvement would be to add a button while sending emails that allows one to archive the email at the same time as sending it.
I am very excited about this plugin.

Thanks for creating this new plug in(new fro me anyway).
I am using TB 102.4.2. 2.01 of your plug in. I installed the module, and it asked me for the url, name and password. I entered them.
Now, I press on the archive emails to crm button, and drop down menu, and nothing happens. I do not know hwo t find the window where I entered the url, username and password, so I can not confirm the details.
Can you let me know what I am doing wrong?
Thanks
