Try "Splash! (Compatibility Update)".https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/69742/It supports the latest version of Mozilla software as of January, 2011. This includes Firefox 4.0.* and Thunderbird 3.3a2pre. (Latest versions are untested)
