Be careful with old versions!

These versions are displayed for reference and testing purposes. You should always use the latest version of an add-on.

.5 - I forgot that 'FWD:' should stack, so I've removed the deduplication of them; only 'RE:' will be deduplicated after the removal of 'EXTERNAL:'.

.4 - support for removing duplicate FWD/RE, e.g. starting a reply to 'EXTERNAL: Re: foo' would add another 'Re' to the start of the subject, resulting in 2 after the 'EXTERNAL: ' was removed.

Should work for all recent versions, but I need to specify a range and I'm not installing random old versions for the sake of testing.
