JayBeeMailManager is a filter, rule and schedule assistant for Thunderbird.
It helps you organize mail with flexible rules that can be previewed before they change anything. Create rules from selected messages, combine conditions with AND/OR groups, apply rules to selected messages or folders, run rules on a schedule and inspect every run in a detailed log.
Main features:
- Create rules from selected messages.
- Combine conditions with AND, OR and nested groups.
- Match by sender, subject, account, folder, age, size, attachments and regex.
- Run rules manually, from the context menu, on folders or automatically by schedule.
- Use daily and monthly schedules with weekdays, time windows, repeated execution and validity limits.
- Preview matches before changing messages.
- Move, copy, mark, tag, flag, junk-mark and forward messages.
- Create forward drafts or send forwards directly.
- Keep an execution log and undo supported actions.
- Save reusable condition and schedule templates.
- Export and import the complete rule set.
- Switch the interface language between German, English, French and Spanish.
