Please, please create an update for current Thunderbird versions ... It's one of the most important Add-ons i'm using.

This mostly works fine on current versions of Thunderbird. If you download the source code, change the version number check, and install it manually (not easy but possible if you're reasonably clued up at these things), it'll work fine on Thunderbird 60.

By far my favorite, most useful addon to Thunderbird.
How sad that it no longer works in the recent Thunderbird versions.
I wish this would be updated to work.

One thing that I personally missing is highlighting related messages. Like requested here: http://superuser.com/questions/281942/how-to-make-thunderbird-highlight-related-messages-a-la-apple-mail
Btw, since google code site is closing I cannot be able to leave feature request there. Any plans to move the project to github, for example?

Netscape Navigator in the mid-1990's had a better version of this feature natively.

Dommage, encore un doublon dans les modules, ici l'équivalent c'est qfb-pivot avec l'avantage d'avoir un bouton dans la barre de filtre rapide, ce qui est assez logique. Sinon j'aime bien la possibilité de filtrer par destinataires.

I prefer keybord shortcuts to right click context menu.
If the keys will be customizable, be better :-)

Great Add on. Need option to select mails from Smart folders too. At the moment its only selecting mails from a unique folder.

This is terrific. It makes deleting a doddle. Like another reviewer, I can't understand why it's not a basic part of Tbird.
Not a criitcism but a wish: I wish I could select by time - ie: Before 1 March 2010, say.
This is the only add-on for Tbird I use and I wouldn't be without it.

It's great and working fine with TB 3.0 portable.
But how can I get it workling with Smartfolders? At the moment its only able to process a unique folder.

Hi, I fail to see to benefit of this over and above TB's native ability to search for a specific Sender in the search box (which actually does 'gather' the messages as opposed to just highlighting them in the list). Only benefit is the saving of a second or two to type the search string.... are we all that tight for Time?

This extension is designed for particular needing.
In lot of situation, it's most powerful to use filters by example but some people don't know how to make them.
I design this extension for my own needing and publish it to help interested users.
You are free to use it or not.
In customer support context, this extension is very helpful to fill a message pool by exemple where you don't know who are your customers and how many mails they have sent.
If you see any amelioration to improve the benefit of this extension, feel free to send them.

I use this add on to "ignore" spams in News reading.
This is the only way I can do filtering in news reading.
