This is a great start. I have to agree with the previous posters. You should pick a well established license. Your terms are muddled at best. If one wanted to extend your interface to make it easier for end users to configure their filters, I'm not sure it is clear where their work stands.
This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.1.6).To create your own collections, you must have a Mozilla Add-ons account.
