Not sure if the addon buttons work in 4.0 as I don't use them. But otherwise, it seems compatible.

This works in 4.0 b4, but you have to right-click on a page to pastebin your clipboard contents making it useless. There is no toolbar button that I could see. The only menu item was for the options dialog. I uninstalled it.
To create your own collections, you must have a Mozilla Add-ons account.
