I forgot I had this installed, but it got enabled again after last Thunderbird upgrade (140.7esr). Then I noticed it would darken one right-click context menu, and not sub-menus. Still wasn't making the email content window dark, any other panes as well. It didn't work to start, and still doesn't.
To create your own collections, you must have a Mozilla Add-ons account.
