I really wanted to use this, but can't work out how to. Some description and instructions would be useful. As-is, it's not.
FireFTP
Rated 5 out of 5 stars
It took me just about an hour to find the post regarding the new location of the FireFTP (which program I have been using very happily for some years now) link in Firefox 7. I got the job done by installing an alternative, and then went back to hunt. Multiply that by 21 million satisfied downloaders..... Maybe a little note somewhere? No issues with FireFTP itself. It does all I need.

This review is to update my previous one. Then, Lightning just wouldn't install in my Thunderbird on WinXP. The Addon Manager said, ok, restart Thunderbird and all will be well. I wasn't. However, on Win7, using the same starting profile, all went swimmingly. So, I used SyncToy to transfer the updated profile from the Win7 machine back to the WinXP machine. The process showed that all, or almost all, of the relevant files had not been installed in the profile on WinXP by the Addon Manager. After the transfer, Thunderbird 5 and Lightning on the WinXP machine worked. So much for installation. As for functionality, so far I've found nothing that makes any difference to me, but then I don't do anything fancy with the calendar - so far (and for the last few years) - I've just used it on one computer. Maybe now I'll be tempted to try other functions.

Is this a bug report? I don't think so, as it just doesn't work when upgrading from 3.1. Fortunately the community has information on reverting. Not Mozilla. The community. Windows XP. I've been quite happy with 3.1 since it was in early beta, and will stay there until 5 and Lightning start working. This review would have a zero rating, if that were allowed. BTW, why must I click at least one star, if my review is zero stars? Hmmm. Still, thanks for Thunderbird in general.
