Remove Duplicate Messages 0.1.14 Requires Restart

If you have duplicate messages (e.g. from merging folders or downloading messages several times) you can use this tool to find and remove them from the selected folder and its subfolder by rightclicking on a folder and choosing "Remove duplicates..."
About this Add-on
It allows you to configure what you want to compare (sender, messageid, subject, ...).
Changes for version 0.1.14
* Feature: New option to reverse the folder search. This enables keep the last found message instead of the first found one.
* Bugfix: As many asked for it I have switched the right with the middle click.
* Bugfix: In the Remove Duplicate Messages Dialog a MIME encoded subject and sender is not shown correct.
* Bugfix: Since Thunderbird 31 the Trash and Inbox folder are again recognized according to the setting to ignore or search them (occurred only sometimes).
* Bugfix: The number of found messages in the folder were sometimes wrong. It included e.g. virtual (search) folder.
