Overkill for what I needed to do, but worked great. All I wanted was to add a non-breaking space to the end of the attribute line (after the colon) to prevent Outlook from quoting/hiding the entire reply.
Even considering all the hoops you have to jump through to use TB in an Exchange/Outlook environment, it's still worth it....
Owl for Exchange

Still working great with TB 115. I've been using Owl with TB 115 for a while now and haven't noticed any slowdowns or other problems. We are forced to change our server password every 6 months, and in the past that seemed to require me to delete the account in TB and set it up again. However, the last PW change seems to have been handle smoothly. When TB started up it told me the login had failed and prompted me for the password. I entered it, checked the "save" box, and everything "just worked". I don't know if I was doing something wrong in the past, or if it's due to a TB or Owl update, but the one trivial problem I had run into seems to have gone away.

Excellent support — as usual!
The breakage caused by changes in TB v115.3.2 was quickly fixed by Owl v1.2.3, and I received a timely response to the support e-mail I sent to Beonex.
For a few horrible minutes, I thought I was going to have to start using Windows or the Outlook Web UI. When I saw that others had the same problem with 115.3.2, I was confident that it was TB's fault and Owl devs would quickly find a fix for it. They did.

It just works. It's simple to install and configure. I've been using it for 6 months: email and calendar both sync perfectly.
I had been using Hiri for a few years and had repeated problems with it getting broken every month or two and having to reinstall or remove my account and set it up again from scratch.
I have zero problems with Thunderbird and OWL: it's completely stable and has far more capabilities and a better UI than Hiri did.
Remove Duplicate Messages
Rated 4 out of 5 stars
It does remove duplicates from gmail IMAP mailboxes, but I took off one star because erroneously reports that it didn't find any duplicates.
