I emailed the Creator of this theme to see if he would be updating it and I got this responce
Unfortunately TB 68 does no more support full themes, Mozilla stopped the support of them. So Nuvola can't be updated to work under the new TB.
To create your own collections, you must have a Mozilla Add-ons account.
