I love this thing! Does it work with 3.0.4?
If so how do I get it on the toolbar?

fully agree to the remark of Remion W.: good idea, but would be much better if it included a global overall search. Currently one has to search separately in headers, text, sender, etc.. Uninstalled it too, no advantage to already existing search function

It would be nice if the size of the QuickSearch box could be controlled as it becomes quite large when Thunderbird is used full screen.

It replaces the existing search bar with an ugly (bigger) one.
Useless.

Good idea but a bit buggy. I uninstalled it. I just want an extension to search all folders, all messages all options (general search).
everybody creates complicated extentions with a lot of windows but there is no simple global search field

Just install it and, without a murmur, the Searchbar with 'View' and 'QuickSearch' is back in the threadpane instead of hogging scarce space on the toolbar or menubar.

This is very nice extension for these who want to have Search bar from Thunderbird 1.5 or bellow in Thunderbird 2.0. Works like expected.
