I wish I could delete my other review. This seems to be working now. Thanks for this addon.

And I only read this after replying to the previous one, of course. Good to see it's working again!

I can't see how to report a bug to this developer or ask a question.

When I remove the addon the icons are still the old icons installed by this addon. How do I return to the new icons?

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.0.4). 

A restart of Thunderbird should fix this. Normally though, disabling or removing the add-on should have immediate effect. Let me know if the problem persists!
Also, I have now added a support mail address.
