The dictionary is excellent. I too was unable to install after following the link on the Spell checking dialog (sic) window however it installed easily after searching the add-ons screen (Tools|Add-ons)
This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.19.1).To create your own collections, you must have a Mozilla Add-ons account.
