Effective shading and texturing, particularly on the menu texts, good choice of icons and the chosen blue work for me . To that I'll add one suggestion -->maybe a slightly heavier text on the tabs. Great theme.

The transparency of the menus needs to be reduced somewhat. It's a little distracting to see the page underneath particularly on long drop-down menus.
