I just found the version of MHTC that will run on 139.0. It is on h.ogi's place at https://hogi.sakura.ne.jp/en/downloadcgi.rhtml?msghdrcust. It is the version 2.4.4 for April 27, 2025.

Thank you so much for the new version 2.4 which is compatible with TB 115.
