I installed and tested 0.5.3 - it's marvellous, about everything is working now! Even the note's position is restored (like in XNote++ before) - after you've set its position once using QNote.
One thing strange though: when I change tabs in Thunderbird (e.g. from [Inbox] to [Add-ons]) while a QNote is open, this note keeps is kept open in the new tab. XNote++ closed the note as soon as the tab changed.
