Good idea, with much needed functionality. BUT, +1 to being able to disable the dead link checker.

You are easily my new favorite person of the week. Thank you!

Rated 5 out of 5 stars
I use this constantly, and it's great. I love the fact that I can open it independently of my browser. That means I can review a note and not have to wait for Firefox to open. The archive and save as bookmarks implementations mean you'll never lose a note, especially using syncing software. Fantastic job, definitely one of my very favorite add-ons! I recommend this to everyone who's ever forgotten some piece of info from a website you can't quite remember...

This does work, but every time I play a song it opens a new, huge window. Choosing to open it in a new tab does nothing. This isn't the search plugin's fault, it's the website, but this simply makes the site unusable, and therefore the plugin also. I'm using Ubuntu 10.04 with Fx 3.6.8, and I notice this happens with a few other sites as well. But the fact that it doesn't happen to all sites makes me think poor coding on someone else's part, not in Ubuntu or Fx. Too bad I'm not a developer so I probably haven't made a lick of sense. (And yes, all my settings are as they should be for pop ups, etc.)
So 3 stars simply because it does work, minus 2 for pointing me to an unusable website. Open and close a giant window with almost nothing in it for every song I want to hear? Really?

Doesn't work correctly at all. Doesn't work with Console2. Why is this a "Featured" add-on?
Where is the documentation? What's the deal?
Compact Menu 2
Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Works well in 3.6.6. However, even with it disabled it become completely broken when trying to test out FF 4 beta. It must be uninstalled and then reinstalled to get any kind of menu back.
That's just an FYI because you don't claim to support FF 4, but should it really do all that?
Anyway, works great in 3.6.6 - Five Stars! I have no problems when disabling it to get menus back in Ubuntu 10.04 as Zekses...guess it's different for everyone. Keep up the good work!

Seems to work well on Ubuntu 10.04. Thanks!

Rated 4 out of 5 stars
This is a good addon, very helpful. It works correctly as far as hiding the status bar, but the status bar icon disappears every time I restart Firefox. It reappears if I open the Autohide preferences and uncheck then recheck the option to show it.
Otherwise this is great!

I love this addon, thanks!
This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.0.8).FoxTab
Rated 5 out of 5 stars
This is a great addon! I have had no issues (well, one...but it doesn't really count...yet). On my older X2 @2.5Ghz dual processor pc Fox Tab pops up practically instantly when called and runs seamlessly, which is something I can't say about a lot of addons out there (believe me, I use tons of them).
The only thing is that the open "top sites" in new tab option seems to conflict in so way with the Tab Mix Plus addon. I still give 5 stars because that option is labeled beta, so this is understandable. It's weird. When I open the blank tab it's just that - a blank tab (which is what Tab Mix Plus is set to show. But when I click on another tab and then go back to the blank one Fox Tab's "top sites" is shown. With Tab Mix Plus disabled it works perfectly. Unfortunately, Tab Mix doesn't seem to have an option to no interfere with the opening of a new tab. However, New Tab King works with Tab Mix Plus, so the functionality is apparently possible, although I wouldn't know for sure:)
Anyway, great job, I use this constantly and would recommend it over other similar addons any day. Thanks!

I cannot get this to work on Ubuntu 10.04. It auto-detects nothing. I assume it should?
