Provides a fast way to disable images in web pages that's usually set by the image manager sub-menu.

This provides support for seamonkey 2.29.
The changes have not been tested in any version of firefox.
Minor adjustments so that when images are toggled the page is re-rendered from cache.
Moved to the toolbar palette so that the button can be moved when customizing the interface.
